Terms of Use

By accessing or using GTAVehicles (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GTAVehicles is an unofficial fan community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or Grand Theft Auto. Full disclaimer: Legal & disclaimers.

The Service does not provide game downloads, cheats that violate Rockstar terms, account sharing tools, or unauthorized Rockstar assets.

You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country (and at least 13, or 16 where required).

Claiming listings, uploading vehicles, reporting, and garage features require signing in with GTAFriends. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your GTAFriends login secure. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, or risk to the community.

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload, subject to rights of third parties (including Rockstar/Take-Two IP depicted in screenshots).

By uploading or publishing a listing, you grant GTAVehicles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (e.g. resize/compress), and distribute that content on and through the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for reasonable residual copies in backups or caches.

Photos should be in-game captures of vehicles. Do not upload illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or extremely graphic content. Do not use listings for scams, phishing, or selling pirated games / stolen accounts.

Trading in-game vehicles for real-world (IRL) money is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned from GTAFriends.

Users may report listings. GTAFriends platform admins may remove listings and photos that violate these Terms or community standards. Owner “hide” and admin “remove” are different actions; removed content may not be restored.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Rockstar or Take-Two
• Bypass authentication, Turnstile, or rate limits
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt infrastructure
• Scrape the Service aggressively or abuse APIs

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on listing information.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
