Tested top speed uses community track figures where we have them. How we measure speed.

Believe it or not, at the turn of the millennium there were two things the rest of the world knew about America: its military industrial complex was taking a well-earned break, and its sports cars couldn't go around corners. But just when you think you've got American industry pegged, it comes out swinging with something like the Coquette D5, or enough regime change to keep its private military contractors off the breadline for another couple decades. Throw in a kickass chassis, a V8 for the ages, and an unforgettable dose of shock and awe, and you've got the kind of comeback story that made this country great.
